Commercial Demolition Project in Windsor, Ontario

We were called upon  to complete the  demolition of the historic section of the building. We had to remove the interior 4 levels of concrete/steel while not disturbing the remaining historic limestone facade throughout demolition. Vibration monitoring sensors were placed strategically on the historic wall to ensure preservation of the wall. We used a combination of small to large excavators and performed strategic concrete cutting to selectively remove sections of the building with large scale cranes and rigging. We successfully completed this demolition while preserving the entire façade of the building with no damage.
