About this Project
Marc Gagnon has been providing demolition services in the industry since 1976. One of the the first demolition projects completed (shown at right) was the Prince Edward Hotel which was a 13 storey building located in downtown Windsor. Gagnon Demolition has extensive experience in all facets of demolition including; large scale commercial, industrial, institutional and residential projects, water towers and interior/exterior selective demolition.
Recent activities include the following;
Removal of all exterior brick, concrete ramps from the Essex Civic Centre for the County of Essex.
Major Fire Clean-up at the Bonduelle Facility in Tecumseh for MCI Design/ Build, which involved the removal of 14.5 million pounds of food waste and demolition of a 160,000 warehouse, floors and footings
Demolition, Abatement and Site Work at the former H.D Taylor public school in Windsor, for the Greater Essex County School Board
